RSVP info:

- The Porch is available for private parties & events for a Rental Fee with Catering & Beverage  Packages for up to 25 guests (Half porch rentals are available for up to 10 people at 50% of the hourly rental fees).

-Minimum reservation for 2 hours.  Reservation Fees are $600 for 2 hours, $800 for 3 hours and $1000 for 4 hours. All Reservation Fees are subject to sales tax.

-Beverage program provided by Rusty Nail for a minimum bar tab commitment with various beverage packages to fit your party’s needs (open bar or select beverage offerings like wine, draft, cocktails, top shelf or well liquor, etc.). For beverage inquiries Please email RustyNailBrooklyn@gmail.com.

-The Porch is available on a first-come, first-served basis with an initial 50% deposit of the rental fee.
